Cupcakes ♡♥♡

Yess...you read it right CUPCAKES...the love of our life and our tastebuds...

If I could, I would've ate cupcakes all say long...and I just hate spending thousand bucks on buying cupcakes every month that's why I tried baking them and believe me guys its the best thing I ever made ♡♥

If you can make a perfect frosting for your cupcake, you can get people kiss your palms...I dont wanna waste time giving my theories so lets just beginnn

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup + 1 tbspn flour
1/2 tspn baking powder
1 egg
50 gms unsalted butter
Dash of vanilla

METHOD
1. In a bowl, sift maida and baking powder and preheat the oven
2. In another bowl, add vanilla, sugar, egg and butter (i use margarine for butter). Do not add more than 3 drops of vanilla, that will make the cupcakes bitter.
3. Whisk the above thoroughly till aa smooth paste is formed.
4. Line the cupcake tins with cupcake paper
5. Now add the sifted ingredients and whisk them
6. without wasting any time, equally distribute the batter in cupcake tins. (I make 6 cupcakes with this quantity)
7. Now bake the cupcakes for around 25 minutes at 160 -170 degree centigrade.

8. Now call up all your friends for a CUPCAKE PARTY ♡♥♡
