Pizza for vegans

Hey guys..so here's our favorite snack that we can relish day and night or maybe midnight too...

This is for all you vegetarians that I am putting up this pizza recipe...I used to wonder will I ever be able to make a pizza on my own from the scratch...and believe me guys, it was one of the easiest things on earth to make pizzas..

I prepared this in my microwave....if you dont have a microwave, just get pizza bases from the local bakery ...but but BUT, if you do, there can be nothing as exciting as that machine...

This recipe serves 4 people..you all alter the sauces according to your taste..my recipe is medium  spicy....

INGREDIENTS
for the base:
2 and half cups flour or maida
1 tbspn oil
1 tspn salt
2 and half tspn baking powder
One cup water

METHOD
1. Mix all the dry ingredients and add water and oil to it

2.With a spoon keep stirring it till it becomes a soft ball (it will be all uneven and shabby so do it in a large vessel)

3. Now on you kitchen floor, sprinkle some maida and start kneading the dough till its soft (knead it for 6 to 7 mins)

4. Roll it with a rolling pin into wateva shape you want ( i usually roll it into a rectangle coz its easier )

5. Carefully place it on your baking dish and bake it for 25 mins at 180 degree centigrade

INGREDIENTS
For pizza topping
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 onion
2 baby corns
100 gms mushrooms
1tbspn olives
2 tbspn chilli sauce
1tbspn soya sauce
1 tspn vinegar
3 tbspn tomato ketchup
1 tspn Garlic powder
Salt
Herbs
Cheese

METHOD
1. Mix all the sauces and salt in a small bowl. On the baked pizza base spread the sauces with a spoon

2. Now first sprinkle  the garlic powder and then one by one add all the veggies (i keep aside some of the sauce and toss my veggies  in them )

3. Now put some olives, sprinkle some herbs (i have a bottle of mixed herbs..they go well with anything and everything ) and grate cheese on the pizza...cheese spread all go well with this recipe

4. Bake the pizza for 20 mins at 160 degrees...

5. Once you see the crust and the cheese going golden, your pizza is just ready to go into your mouth and sooth you senses.

**if you guys dip the pizza pieces in some plain cheese spread you will get the exact cheeseburst taste..try it out ; )...keep cooking people happy

Caramel Pudding

To start with my list, today I am gonna post an easy and delicious recipe that you guys can cook in almost half an hour..its a dessert that everyone of us craves for...it technically should serve 4 to 5 people but foe foodies like me, it can just be enough for 1

CARAMEL PUDDING
Ingredients:
PUDDING
1/2 litre milk
5 tbspn sugar
4 brown bread slices
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

CARAMEL
2 Tbspn sugar

Method
1. In a mixer jar add milk, eggs, sugar, brown bread slices- roughly chopped and essence and grind for a minute (you can get essence bottles for 25 bucks at local grocery store )

2. In a vessel put the sugar to prepare caramel...hold the vessel with tong and keep it directly on the gas flame..the sugar will start melting and getting brown..once it gets blackish brown, remove it from d flame and spread it all over the base of the vessel evenly

3. Let the caramelized vessel cool.(keep it under the fan for fast cooling action)

4. Now add the mixture from the grinder jar into the caramelized vessel gently.

5.In a pressure cooker add one cup water. Now keep our vessel in the cooker with a lid on it. Close the cooker with the whistle on.

6. Keep the gas on medium flame and let 9 whistles blow.

7. Open the cooker after 5 mins. Remove our vessel and let it cool under the fan for 5 mins. Then keep it in the fridge for an hour.

8. After an hour, remove the vessel. Poke knife from all the corners to loosen the edges. keep a plate inverted on the top of the vessel and gently invert the vessel by turning it upside down.
